Annual Registration Fee: $150.00 per year (due on your child’s enrollment anniversary)
This fee includes:

  • Workbooks and Arts & Crafts Materials
  • Administrative Services
  • Office Supplies and Utilities (Telephone, Internet, Etc.)
  • Ccld Licensing and Compliance
  • Fire Safety Clearances and Earthquake Preparedness Drills

Important Payment and Policy Information

1. Full-Time Student Payment Policy
  • Payment for full-time students continues weekly, even during vacations, to ensure the stability of our teachers and staff, who are paid regularly.
  • If a full-time spot is relinquished, it will immediately become available to new enrollees without prior notice. (No two-week notification will be provided.)
2. Late Pick-Up Fee
  • $1 per minute for the first 10 minutes.
  • $40 per hour thereafter.
  • If you anticipate being late, please notify us in advance so we can arrange for a teacher to stay with your child.
3. Hours Covered by Subsidies (e.g., Pathways, DCFS)
  • Subsidized hours apply only to regular schedules, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Part-time or variable hours will be counted as 11 hours per day, regardless of how many hours the child attends.
  • Evening and weekend hours are charged according to the standard tuition rates listed in the table above.
4. Tuition Deficits and Additional Costs
Your provider may not cover the full cost of tuition. Any remaining balance will be your responsibility.

Subsidized Child Care Programs
Families must meet certain eligibility criteria, such as income level and family size, to qualify for these programs. To enroll your child at Hollywood Young Stars with financial assistance, follow these steps:
